Recently Google tried to stop 207 Media from using the domain name Groovle.com. Google’s argument was that Groovle sounds a lot like Google and could confuse web surfers and that it was similar to their trademark which is of course Google. The 3 person panel from The National Arbitration Forum sided with 207 media saying that the domain name was sufficiently different than Google and dismissed Google’s case.
